Because we value you as our customer, we are committed to protecting your privacy.  To that end, we provide this privacy policy for handling the information you share with us online and to clarify the choices you have. We want your decision to do business with us to be an informed one.

All of our policies and terms of use are provided in English in order to provide a single authoritative source for this information. This privacy statement applies to the MFI Website. It does not apply to any linked sites; those of any service provider or the MFI Personal Move Planner. To learn about the privacy policy of a linked site, please refer to the privacy statement for that site.

Kinds of Information We Collect and Your Choices
We collect Personal Information given to us, and web site traffic and usage data. You can browse our website without providing any personal information. We only collect the Personal Information you voluntarily give us.

It is a common practice that when you visit our website and the MFI Personal Move Planner (sites covered by this policy), we may collect data related to your usage through the use of “cookies” (i.e. small text files placed on your computer by consumer applications), web server logs, and other web tools. Personal Information and How Its Used
There are times where you may choose to use the MFI Website or MFI Personal Move Planner to provide Personal Information about you, your family or your moving needs, by completing the Contact Us form, by completing the Residential Transition Checklist or by configuring tasks in the move planner tool.

This information commonly includes your name, address, email address and telephone number and may include such information as the number of children you have and their ages, the city you are moving to, important dates or your marital status.

Our website has safeguards that are designed to protect the security of any Personal Information that you decide to give us via the Internet. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of any information you provide to us. Please read the Email and Electronic Communication section of this statement.

After completing a more in-depth needs assessment form, you also may request that a specific service—including real estate services—be scheduled on your behalf. We need certain information from you so we can respond to your request(s) or meet your relocation needs.

Some ways we use the Personal Information and other information collected on this website include, but are not limited to:

  • further clarifying and assess all of your needs  
  • scheduling or process services or transactions, you request (including real estate services)

Site Traffic and Usage Data (“Usage Data”) is data about the way a website is used that is not associated with an individual’s identity.   • to companies that may acquire part or all of a HSF Affiliates LLC ("HSF") business

Email and Electronic Communication
We use email as an effective means of communication across different time zones and to accommodate differing schedules between our customers and our normal business hours. Email and other electronic means of exchanging information is used to collect information and clarify needs to fulfill your request(s) for service.

Depending upon your specific circumstances and needs, we may also send you email about products and services that may meet your needs. If you do not wish to receive emailed marketing messages from us (email not directly related to your inquiry), please send an email note to
 HomeConnections@hsfranchise.com and include the text, “Please remove my email from your marketing list.” The address from which you write to us will be removed from our lists for email marketing messages.

Whenever you are online or on our applications, you run the risk that the information you give out will fall into the wrong hands. Although we implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices to safeguard your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the activities of third parties. By using our consumer applications and applications, you agree to our Terms of Use.


Anti-Fraud Disclosure
Electronic communications such as email, text messages and social media messaging, are neither secure nor confidential. While HSF Affiliates LLC has adopted policies and procedures to aid in avoiding fraud, even the best security protections can still be bypassed by unauthorized parties. We will never send you any electronic communication with instructions to transfer funds or to provide nonpublic personal information, such as credit card or debit numbers or bank account and/or routing numbers.

You should never transmit nonpublic personal information, such as credit or debit card numbers or bank account or routing numbers, by email or other unsecured electronic communication. Emails attempting to induce fraudulent wire transfers are common and may appear to come from a trusted source.

If you receive any electronic communication directing you to transfer funds or provide nonpublic personal information, even if that electronic communication appears to be from us, do not respond to it and immediately contact Home Connections directly. Such requests, even if they may otherwise appear to be from us, are likely part of a scheme to defraud you by stealing funds from you or using your identity to commit a crime. 

Effective Date
This privacy statement is effective as of March 1, 2017. We may, from time to time, change our Privacy Policy. If we change it, we will post the current privacy policy and revision date on this page. Any changes to this statement will be effective as of the day they are posted.
